9/7/22: I was treated with care and kindness from each one of the medical professionals I encountered or interacted with. I believe a nurse named Mary performed my initial assessment, and she was very empathetic. Anjali was also helpful. Even a security officer whose name I did not get was extremely comforting. I was safe, and though I waited a while to see a doctor, that is to be expected, especially under these circumstances. I did not eat, but the center provided meals and opportunities to get fresh air during the wait. Based upon my experience, I definitely would recommend this place. Dr. Kelly Hobgood is a true gem! He took his time with me, listened to my concerns and thoroughly documented them. Many medical professionals truly are superheroes who don't don capes.

No we do do not unless it is a mental health issue
Sara, you should go to the Emergency Room at CMC Randolph... To speak with a Nurse and Doctor... Better to be safe about it.
Yes. The psych er is open 24-7. You will have a wait no matter what time you go. During your assessment the doctor will decide whether you will be admitted or if you can be treated as an outpatient. Good luck!
Yes, they are wonderful.

I did the same thing when I was in the hospital the first time to my mom. It will pass as long as she takes her meds. Make sure that when she gets out she is taking her meds. Maybe buy her a 7 day day and night pull box to keep track of them and that way you can also keep track that she is taking them without asking her. It is very hard but it does get better. Maybe ask her if there is a code that you need that can help her contact you there was one for me my mom says and she got it out of me somehow over the phone. Most of all just be there for her no matter how hard it is. My mom sticking with me has meant the world to me and helped me stay stable. Good luck
You should be able to call them directly for this. Sorry I can't help more. However I did see this about no children because of Flu. https://atriumhealth.org/alert/Flu-Alert
Call the nurses station, just call the main hospital, ask to be transferred to the nurses station, they will know best. They will either give you a code, transfer you to their room or have them call you back.
In a week or so
Until your cleared medically or get signed out
It depends on what the injection is for. Some people get one every month and some get one every 2 weeks
