Worst hospital ever ! My mom is having surgery today due to a car accident and they can’t tell me anything new ! I called to get an update and they hung up on me 😡. The staff is very rude !

All of the nurses were very professional and friendly during my procedure. I get like they all cared and took the time to tan to me. ESP. Michelle… she made me feel comfortable at pre op and even took the time to check on me a post op.

Yes, one visitor between 7 am to 7 pm. Visitors go through standard COVID screening questions to enter hospital. Good luck with your surgery.

I have no clue cuz we have both at the Charlotte orthopedic hospital there's a pain center right across the hall from where they do the surgeries..
