I've been going here almost 2 years and have been getting take homes over a year and I've only charged a couple times when I first started and always paid the very next day well today I went to pay and the lady told me that I owe $125 for where I've been charging and I do not owe them anything. But most people I've talked to said that I will have to pay it because they've been doing everybody like that since they've gotten the egage app. My friend goes everyday and pays but a couple weeks ago they took $90 when he paid for his doses saying that he owed it and wasn't going to let him dose unless he paid. I use to like this place but it has gotten terrible in the last 3 month's. And another they want even let people charge so how in the hell would they let someone get over a hundred dollars behind. Maybe if they could keep help they wouldn't have this problem. I went to take a drug test one morning and the lady was under a blanket with a little heater and I had to knock and knock to wake her up so I could take my test. If they steal my money from me I'm going to look for somewhere else to go that can keep up with there paperwork because that's a lot of my that I don't have. I go every Thursday and pay $105 4 time's a month and I have proof when I use my card but guess what there card machine is gone no×. Wonder why but they will be writing me a receipt for now on. I just hope someone can take care of this and see that I don't owe them anything.

Nice place the only thing I don't understand is if u are clean for years on up why u have a hard time getting vacation time? If you are not close to a client.

If you're a responsible person, trying to get clean, having a full time job, this place seems to ALWAYS have a hold up. We have shown up early twice this week and they are understaffed and have made us late for work

I’ve been trying to get an appointment at this place for 2 weeks and the day of my appointment I overslept. I called and I would’ve been 15 minutes late. They said they couldn’t see me because there were walk-ins that they were seeing instead. I waited so long for this opportunity and you’re telling me I could’ve just WALKED IN and taken someone else’s spot??? So I go the day after my appointment and I get there at 5:40am thinking if they took walk-ins yesterday they’ll take me today. HAH! The woman at the front desk said they were so understaffed that her administrator wouldn’t let me be seen without an appointment. Then she said they ended up not seeing the two walk-ins that she told me about yesterday. If you need immediate help with opiate addiction, good luck!! By the time you’re done withdrawing they still won’t have an appointment spot for weeks at this place. My boyfriend in Tennessee has none of these problems. Him and his sister are on methadone and they just walked into the clinic one day, both of them were seen, and now he just shows up for his dose and leaves. If you are already a patient at this place then that’s the only way you’ll have any luck at all.

We are an outpatient opioid treatment center that helps patients safely recover from addictions to heroin and prescription painkillers. Our comprehensive treatment plans combine counseling with medication-assisted treatment using methadone, buprenorphine or Suboxone. You can contact our Support Center at 877-284-7074 where you will have the opportunity to speak with one of our Customer Service Representatives. We will have the ability to provide you with all of the important information necessary for treatment, set the next available intake appointment at our clinic, and answer any additional questions or concerns.

When I transferred. From Charlotte treatment center I had to call new season ... Make an appointment for when the Dr is there.. usually 530 -630am... And you just fill out all the paper work just like you would if you are a new client .. it's a long process but we'll worth it.

Does your facility give out subutex to the patients who can provide legitimate suboxone allergies?

Thank you for contacting the Gastonia Treatment Center. We help people recover from opioid addiction by treating the addiction as a disease. You come in for an intake assessment which takes about 3 hours. During that time you will meet with a counselor. a nurse, a doctor, and you will be asked to go to a lab for some tests. If you meet the criteria we will be able to medicate you the same day. The best thing to do is to call us at 877-284-7074 and we will help you schedule and appointment and explain some requirements to you. Call us anytime as we are open 24 hours per day.

What days does this clinic do intakes? And I'm in a clinic in greensboro nc the crossroads treatment center but I'm moving up here to Gastonia what do I need to do to get it switched to your clinic?

Bobby Smith | Oct 1, 2018
devitt macphail | Oct 1, 2018

I don't think it matters what day they do intake because technically your a "transfer" not an intake. Your first step is to notify your clinic of your intentions and to give them a time frame of the move. They will need to send your file to Gastonia. I have done several transfers so I can definitely give you a few tips. Make sure to call Gastonia (yourself) to make sure that the original clinic sent All the info that they need. Also, tell Gastonia when you plan on starting and ask if there's anything you can do to help the switch. Gastonia is a very good clinic and they employ very good people. A few preventative phone calls can make the difference between a five hour transfer and a two. Hope this helps
