They definitely should have put one on reserve.
When you rent you pick I pickup time and a drop off time, Within hours of operation. You'll be charged accordingly

Its hard to give a good answer, rates fluctuate. But I can tell you that Sport Cars are definitely higher priced then fullsize. They're above premium cars such as Chrysler 300's and the like. On another note, the Greeneville branch rarely gets Sport class vehicles. Things like Mustangs, and Camaros, only come around every few months, and they're gone quickly.
I do not think smoking is allowed in any of the rentals.
