They are always there during their business hours.
They get so busy with customers it's hard to answer the phone for them.Theres only 2 fellas,and if you are in front of them you are the priority at the time.These guys are knowledgeable (some of the best) I do agree with the phone not being answered being annoying at times,but there's a reason for it.Theyre not ignoring you,they're working with another customer,I find them to be very reliable on the parts side,if they don't have it they can get it reasonably fast.In fact I gotta pay them a visit this week for some parts.
