Power is out at least 3 times a year, and was out for SIX hours on Christmas Day - dinner didn't happen! For what they charge the service should be reliable. I don't even live in Landis but I'm forced to have their service because my house is closer to them than my own town's electric ???. In the 50+ years I've lived elsewhere, I never had my services out as much as the 4 years I've lived here. The only good thing is how friendly and helpful the ladies in the office are, especially Libby - 2 stars just for her.

Landis residents want the same electricity rates as the other surrounding townships! The power bill is equivalent to an average house payment!!
