Positive: quiet and clean Negative: A little rough in overall appearance. It cost money to repaint,re-wallpaper, clean up the landscaping, etc. Money these places just don't have. NOBODY wants to work anymore! I give the hotel staff credit for trying to do a good job with what they have.

Plus was staff was friendly. my issues are like most other peoples. Dirty rooms with nasty bedding. The heater/AC smelled like mildew and mold. The slides in the water park were closed and the hot tub didn't even turn on at all. The water was gross, Paint falling off walls too. I spent a lot of money for my stay and I'm very disappointed. Seems like they just don't care about these problems.

Staff has been helpful and courteous and food was okay, very carb heavy though and not any gluten free options. Not many options for continental breakfast, no fruit, eggs, all carbs. Lots of repairs are not being taken care of, broken chair, bed, outside full of garbage, boards on building crumbling. Just disappointing that nothing is being maintained.

Room was not cleaned thoroughly as ee found trash in our room upon entering. No real blankets and pillows were basically throw pillows. Toilet seat had a chunk missing from it and there was no mention of where we could find the sheets and blanket for the pull out. Pool area was nice but no pool towels so we had to use our towels from the room. They have adults only swimming at 11pm till 130am which was nice e but yet during this time there were still children and teenagers.
