Absolute lack of professionalism from this company. This is not about the store, it is Sonoma Williams in general. We placed an order in April, and they simply keep coming up with excuses on items that have not been delivered yet. Every week is a different hassle of minutes on the phone with different departments, each one having a different answer to the problem: we never got our full order, although we were charged the full amount before delivery was even scheduled.

Zero stars!! I ordered sofa and dinning table on Memorial day. They said, I can get this on 15th of July. Few weeks later changed shipping status without notice. Postponed to Aug.15, I was waiting until Aug.16. When I asked what's the reason, They did not reply 3days so far. This is the worst experience. Do not Buy this brand. THANK YOU SO MUCH! I AM USING FOLDING TABLE FROM WALMART ABOUT 4 MONTHS. Today is September 16 2022 still did not get any response from west elm.

Nice showroom. Nice designs. Some sales associates are not great. Most items made overseas. Terrible QC on products. Over priced.

We found everything we were looking for... The salespeople we're friendly and knowledgeable - they took their time to answer questions - even thought the store was extremely busy on a Saturday afternoon.
