Not sure why the low scores. I went in without an appointment and found the whole process efficient and easy. The portal check in was a snap and the technician found my vein instantly. Was in and out in 30 minutes and it was a full house too.

Phlebotomist was very kind but reasonably annoyed right now. They did the wrong test on me. I needed a pre employment drug screen and she told me my employer wanted a 16 panel. 16 panels requires being sent out to the lab with a 4-10 day turnaround. My employer 100% ordered a 9 panel rapid test, which would be completed in the office on the spot. The lady, who was very nice, actually lied to me originally saying my employer wanted a different test. I had to wait in the office for 15 minutes before she would re-address me to then take me back and show me that her 9 panel rapid tests were expired. This could delay my start date. Not ok...

My last experience here was horrid. The receptionist was pretty welcoming but the tech who drew my blood was extremely rude. She had a nasty attitude and she threw the rubber band after removing it from my arm. She will not be assisting me when I return, if there was another location nearby I wouldn't even return. Disgusted!!!
