ALWAYS get Great customer service, and if by chance the person I'm talking to doesn't know the answer they find out before ending the call. They NEVER say I'll have someone to call you back tomorrow, or any BS excuse. Many businesses need to take lessons from them.

Girls taking payments do NOT KNOW WHAT they are doing. Complete idiots! This is the worse internet company we’ve ever had unfortunately because the monopoly going on in the area it’s the only one available!!! Total nightmare to deal with and very over priced! Would rather deal with an automated phone service!!!!! Run away from This company!! Very slow service and completely over priced!!!!

impossible to get in contact with anybody. the internet rarely runs up to paid speed. the majority of the time it stays at less than 50% of the speed we pay for, but good luck getting anybody to answer the phone to address the issue. it’s truly a shame i had to move out of zone for yadtel because their service is far superior. this company is subpar at best, even for wilkes.

This is a question for your router manual. Some routers allow you to change them via this link: 192.168.1.1 or 192.164.1.1
Is internet service and WiFi service the same?
Richard, you can get at least 100Mx100M with no equipment change. Depending on what type of NID you have, you can get up to 1G. If you don't have a Gig-capable NID, they will change it out for one that is. As far as I know, they don't charge for that. (I'm one of the network engineers for Wilkes.) --Ben
