This is a really late review but I customized a ring for my mom for Christmas and it came on Christmas Eve, a week early, and it was so much prettier than what I thought it would be! 10/10. Great service and she helped me from beginning to end. I love jewelry shopping here!

Rusty Bare

As a regular patron to the shopping area of Lowes Foods and Big Lots off 421, I had went with my wife to pick up the carryout order we had placed, and I stopped in front of brand jewelry for at most two minutes. Had not shifted to park, had not even had enough time to think it felt like. The employees, especially a bearded man, began berating me about having stopped there. Yelling about a no parking sign, when I hadn't even had time to do anything besides watch my wife enter little Caesars. Brand was closed, and these employees berated me off the clock!! As a Guide to the Wilkesboro area, I sincerely hope you do not give this place your business. There are better, and much more professional people to work with. Sincerely glad me and my wife didn't buy anything for our wedding from them. Will be warning all friends, families, as well as my business associates of this incident. 10/10 would not recommend these people. It is also nice to see others witnessing this incident who feel as strongly as I do. Shame on the owners and employees for their attitude and behaviors. Especially after closing!

While leaving out of the shopping center area here I overheard an altercation between employees and a Little Caesar’s Customer. He seemed to be waiting for his food. The employees berating and belligerently trying to force him to move his vehicle. The victim looked flabbergasted and confused. I’m sure next time just go ask nicely instead of attacking potential Customers. The person hadn’t even been there more than maybe 2 minutes. 100/100 will not recommend this company now. And sad to say I was about to come in for some things for my a wedding. I’m sure I can find someone a lot more professional.

Exiting Little Caesars, next to their location, they were berating a man who had stopped in front of the store for mere minutes before I exited. No polite request to move, just berating and rude language. This stores employees/owners, are rude and hateful for absolutely no reason. Will be warning friends and family, of the people who work here. These people are not worth your business.
