I only give a 1 star because they don't have negativestars. I had a painful blockage in my ear, and the nurse barely looked in, and told me that it was from using earbuds. She said that she didn't have time to help, but she took the time to write a Rx for anti-biotics and to sell me a kit to unblock my ear. After 2 days of pain and frustration, I managed to get an appointment with my doctor's office at Caromont partners in Belmont, and the Nurse Practitioner fixed me up in less than 10 minutes, which is less than the time the CVS nurse took to sell me a useless kit. Maybe I didn't look like her ideal customer or something, but now I know to go somewhere else in an emergency. I even have their preferred insurance, but even that couldn't get me some help.

I would give 0 stars. Arrived at Minute Clinic on Sunday at 0854. When I approached the area, a very very young NP named Monica said in a gruff tone "We are not open, we do not open until 9." I was fully aware of that. I went to ask her a question about the Kiosk and did not get but a few words out when I was cut off by Monica who then said "I told you, we don't open till 9." hmmm. After I signed in, I told them that I had a sinus infection. Monica said that they didn't see sinus infection patients until after 7 days with symptoms. That seemed a little crazy. I had only had symptoms for 5 days. Then she says "but I guess I will see you anyway" as if it was a major chore & not her job. I had just about had enough. She had her mask on & walked into her office with the door remaining open. I assumed that I was to follow her in. I hesitated for a moment as I wasn't sure I wanted such an uncaring, rude so-called "healthcare professional" looking at me. But I was really sick & needed to be seen. I followed her into her little office & didn't not even get close to sitting down before in her nasty little tone says "EXCUSE YOU." What did I do? Who talks to their patients like that? I am a nurse and I have never said anything remotely close to that to my patients in 36 years. At that point I left without being seen. On Monday, I called corporate risk mgmt to report her and left a message with Melissa who said that they had 24 hours to return my call. It has been 72 hrs now and I am assuming they just don't care about what bad apples they have seeing patients. I, nor my family or friends will ever return there. BTW, this is the same clinic that lost my daughter's urine specimen about 6 months ago, never called us for 2 weeks to say that they had lost; but were quick to bill the insurance and never try to remove the charge.
