This place is great. Please ignore the bad reviews from out of towners who are used to picking up their tree from the local hardware store and being catered to. I've been coming here for years and its always a great experience. There's nothing better than finding the exact tree you want and having it cut and loaded for you. They take you up and down the mountain on a hayride and handle the hard part. The gift shops have a lot of ornaments and wreaths and there's usually some live music and food to eat. If you don't want to get your Sperry's a little dirty, go to Walmart. If you don't mind being outside for a little, come here.

Great family, beautiful trees to choose from. Very full and fluffy. Great experience and a wonderful tradition to begin with your family! Highly recommended!

I have made this our family yearly tradition, to come from upstate SC , for our tree over the last 10 years (aside from us missing 2 years) Love this establishment. The joy they bring. The smiles and Christmas spirit they spread. I’ll always come back as long as they are open !

They open at 9am. I think they close at 5pm
I was there over the weekend and they had plenty of trees in that height range.
Not sure of the hours, but call before you make the trip to make sure they have trees that fit the size you need. We were quite disappointed last weekend.
We did the same , called no one answered.. It was raining hard when there and they were still selling trees. I don't think they close for weather. We had a ball there .. The store was great and they had a band doing bluegrass music. We're going back next year..
