Staff was friendly, but the store was in disarray to the point it felt like a hang out spot instead of a business. Playing cards were literally everywhere. Seemed way more casual than professional. I understand us nerds can let our rooms get messy, but don't let that behavior into your business. 5 stars for staff, 1 star for organization and business presentation.
