I called Walgreens on 87th St, Lenexa, KS, today. There were 3 people ahead of me. They counted down after each person was helped. I waited about 10 minutes, and my call was picked up and put on hold without a word. I held for about another 10 minutes. Then a recording came on to rate my experience. Once the survey came on, I got a fast busy signal and then was disconnected. The call center I talked to in the beginning was not helpful at all. The price for my script was wrong, and the guy couldn't help me. When I picked my script, the pharmacy tech had to manually correct my price. I have problems with this Walgreens every time I visit this Walgreen's pharmacy. Wish I could use a different pharmacy.
