hate to give local businesses a bad review. I called the company last week. Artan came out to review the problem and said he will be giving a proposal for the job by the end of the day. I never got the proposal. Called three days ago and the one working at the desk said they were working on the proposal. For the last 3 days, I wasn't able to reach anybody at the office. While Artan was out on the property, he advertised and suggested repairs that were beyond necessary. I just needed mortar repairs/repointing for a few cracks, chips, here and there from natural weather decay, and he suggested RE-paving/installing the entire thing. I can't help but feel that he left disappointed as I only wanted the necessary repairs. And now, nobody is willing to keep an open communication. I'm starting to feel small jobs aren't worth their time. If so, please just keep an open communication with your clients. They'll understand. I'll completely understand. I can look elsewhere if the job is too small for your time, but don't just keep me in the dark with false hopes. Thank you for the experience, but I'm not going to beg and plead to have these services done. Good customer relations, communication and services is the basis and foundation of a good operation. Hope you can work on that. I apologize for the bad review, but I did spend a week of my time to no solution. Here is one unhappy customer who got ghosted by this company. God knows what will happen after a job is done incorrectly and somebody needs to contact the office for repairs. Addendum* A month later and still no response.

Artan from Universal Roofing & Chimney Of Li Inc did an amazing job with my new roof. He was professional and gave us a fair estimate quickly. I love how the finished product looks and NO leaks or issues at all with the new roof. I even sent my neighbor Universal's number also because they wanna get their roof looked at by him. He really does do an amazing job and make sure you're 100% happy with everything.
