My Dad went into the home in August of 2014, to rehab from pneumonia and mild Alzhiemers. By January 31, 2014 he passed away. He was always freezing to the touch and left to sit in a wheelchair often times in the Hallway until he would be slumped over in the chair asleep. He wasn't cared for at all. Staff would always be very evasive in any questions we would ask, no one really cared. DO NOT LET THIS HAPPEN TO YOUR LOVED ONE !!!!!!!!!!!!

Very unprofessional. They hardly ever answer the phone and only money driven from my experience. When your insurance runs out . You better be packed or pay 275 a day. . I'm having to take my mother in my house and hope home health can get placement for her. I would use anything in my power to find another place if I had it to do again

Lake park is a great facility they take great care of my family. It is a very clean place with people that always Answer all my questions. Sandra Kamara is especially helpful she very responsive and caring. I can always count on her to take care of my family.
