Nicole the owner of this place set time with me for both of my dogs , 30 minutes before I called confirm arrival time she said she was ready for us, When got there , the place was closed!!!! I been calling her but her phone was off , wait ar the location 45 minutes thinking of something bad happened ... After 2 hours of ignoring my calls she text me back saying she had a dog party in Charlotte and she forgot the date . Most ridiculous person I have ever spoke with !!! Will never ever use them again !!!!!!
