Only 1star because there is nothing lower.I set up a apt then called 1hour later and canceled it.they charged my card 99.00.I have called a number of times to get credit.they say they will credit my card ,but they haven’t done so.Do not give them your credit card number.

They offer a low doctor visit. They will have you fill out forms. Take your insurance card. Than they will come and a talk with you about ED. Offer you a free shot to see if it works. Works ok but not great. They will take blood to get it checked. And you get a bill from the testing place for $150. Your insurance won't cover. Then they will talk you about treatment . The cost for testosterone is around $2100 to start. I didn't like the fact they charge me for blood test without telling me up front. So the visit is not cheap. Everyone is nice.

Went for a second opinion and the dr said the treatment that elevate offered was absolutely not only unnecessary but dangerous long term. Since then 5 months after my 12 month contract was up they are still charging me 215 dollars every month. Tried calling still no response. Absolutely ridiculous do not go here currently I’m looking into legal action.

Before going to this place I did some research and came across some really bad reviews; though I decided to not believe the internet and went ahead with them. My first visit went HORRIBLE. My package went missing, then I got another one granted, but it came with bunch of needles alcohol wipes and ONE vial for a charge of $250 a month. I started running low so I called them to place an order and they told me it’s impossible to be running low and what was given should be sufficient. This was most definitely not the case because I had just went through 2 weeks without any. Then, fed as up as I am I decided to cancel the subscription only to be CHARGED. My payment was scheduled for the 15th and I called way before that and they took the money on the 13th after I canceled my plan. Oh and I was on a 60 days trial .
