It’s been over 6 hours and still not loaded, it’s 96 outside and feeling like 106, trucks been running for over 6 hours now so I went inside to ask how much more time they going to take, lady inside the office told me 30 more mins without asking or looking up anything. It’s been over 30 mins. Don’t come here, they don’t care

The guard at the guard shack will waste your time. Please note that the office is right after you enter the gate. It's not "go on up day until you see the gray door" smhh. THE ENTIRE BUILDING AND ALL THE DOORS ARE GRAY SILLY. Once you enter the gate IMMEDIATELY PARK spmewhere, go up the walkway to your left and behind the trees and behind the bushes, then you will see a sign that says carriers entrance. When you walk in the window to the right are jb hunt only drivers and the window to your left are all the others. I know, i know, i know.... this could all be avoided if they put up signs right. Well good luck with that because after mentioning anything to the girl in the office I truly believe it fell on deaf ears. She didnt seem to care at all. I am giving one star because at least they have a dirty bathroom with a door that wont lock. She didnt care about that either. I guess she doesn't have to use it. 🤷🏽‍♀️ its for the guy truckers who's backs are typically turned anyways right? I hope this helps the other truckers cause it wasted my time, for no reason. I am at this point detained picking up the load 4 hours now offloading for over 2hrs. Just wasn't worth it at this rate.

This has to be a joke this distributor must want someone to hit these cars or the people this is not for 53” trailer at least with the cars parked in front of the docks
