The person who answered the phone was was short with me, show me there was nothing they can do, and hung up. When I called back, he rudely said there was an emergency on the other line, here is a phone number to call, and hung up. Terrible service.

Hi Call NPIC at 877 487 2778 to resolve the issue - you need to correct the data and I am not sure if you have a renewal or need a new passport but they will decide - thank you
Very difficult but not impossible at this time - can you get an appointment at the Passport Agency? You will need to go to the Passport Agency in Philadelphia to get it done - good luck -
