Hi Sam, great question. First, we edge the perimeter of driveway or parking lot if your asphalt butts’ up against your lawn or grass area. Second, we clear the driveway or parking lot of all debris by blowing if off. Third, we fill in all the cracks with a rubberized material. Fourth, we fix all potholes or alligatored areas by cutting it out and install new asphalt material. Finally, after the new asphalt material cures we apply the asphalt sealer to the driveway or parking lot area and allow it to cure for 48 HRS. Sam, does our replay answer your question?
