Terrible service today friday 6-10-22. Disgusting people that work there i ask atleast 3 people there who do isee to get dry ice. And they just look at me and walk past me .the manage. With shave head was tellling me to go leave. The guy who does stocking and register was very nasty .bad work practice .the owner should have a talk with these so called employees.

They’re selection and prices are great. The rest? Not so much. I ordered a keg a week in advance and the website glitched for me. I selected a 15.5 gallon keg, but what ended up happening was I got a 5 gallon keg and didn’t even have an option to put my address in. You get no confirmation about the size or beer that you ordered but a receipt that just has the price. The day before the delivery, they text me to say the tap is broken on my keg and they don’t have any others in my selection so I had to pick another one. They didn’t charge me extra for their mistake which I’m grateful for. Delivery is expensive for what it is. I have two herniated discs in my back so I cannot lift very heavy things without pain for weeks. The delivery guy was alone for drop off and asked me why I was not getting the tub and ice for him up the stairs which were very very heavy. They also came at the wrong time for drop off and complained that the delivery person was trying to reach me while I was out. For pick up, I signed up for a 12pm appointment and they called at 5pm saying I needed to bring the keg down to the doorstep for them to get but since it was half full (we ended up just getting a lot of liquor since last minute we had way less beer than we thought we would have and people didn’t pay attention to the keg). They said tomorrow they have two guys on delivery so can actually come into the building but I work full time so they said I have to wait until next weekend to get a pickup. So now I have a tub and a keg in my studio apt which already has roach and mice issues. Nice.
