I like the options they had available for freshwater. One of the best freshwater stores i have been too since living in NC. I have been twice to get animals for my aquariums. Honestly will be one of my goto stores now. They are very knowledgeable about the animals and plants that are available.

Update: We have had several issues some involving putting fish in danger and bad recommendations. We will not be going back….Reef Architects saved our fish from what Triad Reef Critters sold us. We would not recommend now that it has been sold to new owners. Not sure about the new owner change. We were in great need of RO water and drove over and they were closed! We were just in yesterday and nowhere did it say they would be closed today. The pet store did not have any either and it is a tank that was moved with serious water issues. Very disappointed.

Purchased Sicce replacement pump for my bio cube 32. I consulted with store staff and determined a pump that would work. Installed the pump. 24 hours later my tank was 86.4 degrees. Returned the pump. Was told they had to test before they could refund. It would be a week. This store doesn’t stand behind the customer or the products they sell. Previous owners much better and supported customers Update after speaking with the owner, they said they spoke with Sicce and they would send them another one. Reef critters let me know they credited me the price of the pump.
