Got here at 8:45am and supposed to had an hour wait, but it turned out to be 3hours, plus i was lied to about them calling my phone and there was no phone call, i even let them look at my phone and see that i haven't received a call from the nurse. Then as I'm checking to see why i had to wait so long. Then i was told that they put me at the back of the line, very unprofessional. I will never go back and.encourage my family and friends, to go a lil further down the road to the more professional urgent care. The urgent Care on Sullivan road beside the old sonic. I'll never go back to that one.

We have had great care from PHC Urgent Care. For most of the time we have lived in NC, we have used the other urgent care. However, during COVID we decided to give PHC a try. Both my spouse and I have gone to them a couple of times each. Every time we go they are extremely pleasant and helpful. Depending on when you go, there can be a wait depending on triage, but it is never unreasonable. The staff is excellent. For today I want to give a call out to Dr. Kimball. He took the time to listen and to provide next steps. When we can't get into our regular provider, we will definitely return. And fortunately for us, our regular provider is with Piedmont so communication between the two is great. Thanks for the caring!

I have been really satisfied with Piedmont Healthcare. The Primary Doctor, their FNPs, the specialist referrals and the lab technicians!

Had a great experience at Statesville UC. In and out less than 30 min. Staff was very pleasant and kind. The provider, Jason Noble, was understanding and very kind and explained in detail how I needed to treat my condition. Very pleased.
