Mary, the manager, was so kind and knowledgeable. My son loved being able to touch the lobster! My servers Cody and Jujuan were friendly, professional, and quick. They made wonderful recommendations and were quick and efficient. Our entire dining experience was, and always is AMAZING. 🤩🤩

We have always had robust quality assurance and safety standards in place and continue to follow guidance set by the CDC as well as our Total Quality and Food Safety Team. As a result of COVID-19, we have reinforced our standards and added new preventative steps, including all employees wearing masks or face coverings, everyone completing a wellness check, including a temperature check, upon arrival to work and frequent use of disinfectant. For our guests, in addition to providing hand sanitizer stations around the restaurant, we are also minimizing touch points, including single-use menus and QR code-enabled menus and pay-at-the-table technology.

You may pay ahead and select curbside pickup when you place your order. Then drive up to one of the designated curbside pickup parking spots at the restaurant where you placed the order, and call the phone number indicated on the sign at the parking space to let the restaurant know you have arrived. A Red Lobster employee will bring your order hot and fresh to your car.

This is the worst red lobster I have ever been too. All of the staff was very rude and unhelpful. When I asked for the manager, she didn't do anything to help either. I will never come to this one again.
