This is my favorite game stop. The people that work here are very friendly and helpful. I was buying my son anew ps4 controller. But a few weeks before now I brought him here to buy a game which was a quarter of the price on the game store. So I ended up buying him 2 games and still saved money. But when we got home he couldn't play either of the games because his ps4 pro disk drive was broke. So I was going to have to purchase the game online anyways. But I had Already spent the money at Game stop. So I took the games back and because I added the $5 protection to the games I was able to return both and get cash back. They were very nice and professional about it. Even told me how to purchase on the game store. So if you're looking for a good Game Stop, I definitely recommend this location.

Total lack of communication with the customer, never coming back to this store. A simple call would've been appreciated, courtesy. Use to be friendly and a fun place to go, but not anymore. Really fell down hill all the sudden. Disappointed.
