Both the director and assistant director quit within 2 months of each other. During that time, 2 or 3 teachers quit as well. They are extremely short staffed, and due to this, there is rarely anyone at the front desk to greet you. Drop off and pick up sometimes were in different classrooms, and on one occasion, I had no idea where my child was when i went to pick my child up. Happy Grams (which Primrose is supposed to do one at least once a month) were far and few between. I received 3 during the 10 months my child attended. My childs progress report was written by the teacher with nothing positive, but all negative qualities of my child. As a mother, that broke my heart. I addressed this with the director at the time, who told me that she would address it with the teacher, but there was no follow up. There would be uploads to the ProCare app of children that were not mine. There was a video of my child posted to the whole class where my child was disciplined during the video, and the look on my child's face was just so sad. To say i was disappointed is an understatement as my child did attend a Primrose in another state, and I had nothing short of a fantastic experience there.

Be careful sending your children to this school. The bus driver ran a red light and almost caused a huge accident. THERE WERE CHILDREN ON THE BUS! Then she sped away going well over the speed limit and driving recklessly. I cannot believe they hire such horrible drivers...

This was the first place I took our daughter when I returned to work after my maternity leave, and I couldn’t have been happier with the decision. They called me the first day to let me know she was doing great when I was upset and nervous about leaving her. And since that day, she loved going in and seeing her teachers, Ms. Marti and Ms. Lordes. I can’t thank them enough for the attention and care for my daughter and for making a new mom feel so at ease, comfortable, and for giving me peace of mind throughout my work day. Even through Covid, they were safe, accommodating, and helpful for parents. We recently moved and primrose set very high expectations to live up to!

Our family is incredibly pleased with the teachers, staff, and director at Primrose. Our son has been at this location since he was 10 weeks old and we all immediately fell in love with Ms. Alexa, we felt so comfortable leaving him in her care. Marti has done an excellent job communicating any small issues (diaper rash, illness, etc) and we are very happy to have her as the director. As our son has transitioned into an older infant classroom we all felt prepared and comfortable with the switch since we already knew those teachers, they make it a family atmosphere for parents. We wouldn’t change a thing about Primrose and would highly recommend it to anyone in the area!
