Been here for almost three years.. you really could get lost in the huge crater like pot holes in the roads. New management was big on the appearance of the place, it goes way beyond appearance to make it a safe and a desired place to live. This place is a joke!!! DO NOT GO BY THE PICTURES ONLINE!!!!!! YOU WILL BE DISGUSTED! To the response from the “NEW” owner I no longer live there thank god! Have you actually been on the property lately???? Have you seen the grass and how tall it is? The huge dumpsters that have been there for over a year overflowing with trash and furniture???? No one is ever in the office for help nor answers the phone!!!! There’s 3 huge stacks of money orders that haven’t been turned in in lord only knows how long…. The work orders and maintenance never get done! So When should the current residents get a pleasurable stay or feeling exactly????

Literally the worst place to rent from... I have been begging for a response from the new owners and have yet to receive one nor could I get anyone on the phone and I have been living with black mold in my apartment since the end of last year this has been making me and my son very sick and yet they refuse to resolve the issue only alternative is to sue at this point.

It started out good until having to deal with the neighbors parking directly in front of bedroom windows being loud and disrespectful…that’s not all, then after that we started having mice chewing from the inside out on the walls called no help…finally got in touch with someone and all they could offer was the glue traps which we would have to place and remove mice ourself no that’s unacceptable

My fiancé and I lived here about a year ago and I decided to leave a review after seeing a review from someone had a similar experience as us. We moved out about a month before our lease ended (we still had a month on our lease so the apartment was still ours) and the day we moved we left some things at Glenhaven due to us not having room in the UHaul. We went back to pick it up the next day and half of our things were stolen, including two laptops. There were also cigarette butts in the sink (we don’t smoke) and trash everywhere that didn’t belong to us. The doors were locked when we left, so someone used a key to get in. Someone broke in again the next day when we went to clean the apartment, and we had made sure to lock the doors the night before due to the first incident. We told the manager when turning our keys in about the incident and they did nothing about it. This place is unsafe, dirty, and run down. This is only one of the countless issues we had, so save yourself the trouble and rent somewhere else.
