They are no better on management side. The nurses, Dr's are mostly top notch, very good. But management there doesn't give the departments what need to provide proper help. It's about how many patients you can push threw what counts with management. Disclosure: I was terminated 5 yrs ago, for insubordination, that I could still prove was not correct. prove was incorrect.
