Wish i could give this McDonald's zero stars. Nuggets were hard and tasteless. They had to make my fish filet 3 times and still got it wrong. 1st time they put it in a McChicken wrapper and smashed it. 2nd time they added cheese when i said no cheese. And the third time they put it in a quarter pounder box but put the fish on a toasted cheeseburger bun... What a waste of time and money! i don't eat fast food unless i am traveling and McDonald's has been around too long for ANY store to be messing up items that have been on the menu for ages. So disappointing!

Lol. Horrible service and experience. The sign on the door says "Come on in!" and had hours open until 11:00 pm. Doors were locked at 8:30 on a Friday. Two staff and the manager saw us and rolled their eyes. We knocked and they hid in the back. We walked to the drive through, silence. Went to the window to be greeted with "yeah? What?" ALL WE WANTED WAS A MCFLURRY! Based on the other reviews, management clearly doesn't care about service. I've worked in the service industry for over 3 years. If you're short staffed, leave a sign or come out and tell us. Hiding and rolling your eyes when your signs say you're open isn't what you're payed for.
