I moved out of one of their complexes after 5 years and never being late one time on rent because our family member went into a nursing home and we were there caring for her. Recently, I discovered that they still have us listed as tenants in the unit from July 2022 until current. I cannot get anyone on the phone at the complex or the mgmt company. No one has lived in the apartment since when our lease expired, 7/31. We gave written notice. We turned the keys in. Yet, they are still billing this account as if we have been there all this time. And just apparently billed as if they filed for eviction!! We paid through July 31st and have not been tenants as of August 1. If I cannot get someone to call back, I will be speaking with an attorney. I have called numerous times.

Intermark management has not resolved bed bug infestation in over 3 weeks. Several tested positive yet management keeps giving exvuses blaming contract problems. The vulnerable elderly residents are suffering bites and property damage.

Living here has been ok for the first 4 months until our air broke. We were without air for the whole entire summer but regardless of that we still paid our rent on time. Our air was finally fixed after being broken for 5months we tried to ask about some type of credits. The company said they will give us a call back. This waiting for a call back resulted in us being late for rent for 10 days. They finally contacted us back but not to tell us about credits, they contacted to tell us we were late on rent and they will have to take “legal action”. I can’t believe they would do this to us because we always paid our rent on time and even went through heat waves without air. This company is very money hung gry and doesn’t care about their residents. We used the online portal to pay our rent and for some reason the money disappeared. We didn’t receive the money back and they said they didn’t receive the money. This month we paid our rent using a money order and today they sent out a email stating they are going to take legal action. I’m concerned that they are taking our money. Management is never in the office and is only here for 30mins whenever they are in the office. We still haven’t receive any type of credits for being without heat in the summer

You shouldn't have to!
Im unsure tbh. I used to have to email the office and put a read receipt on it. With maintainence thats a mystery that can only be solved through either retraining or finding new staff willing to work smh. Best of luck to you
Because they're not very good with maintaining communication with their residents. Good luck with them and pay careful attention to your billing statements. Ask for itemized expense receipts if they're claiming to have a third party be responsible for your utilities
