It is very sad where you have full insurance and 3 people different price from same insurance to cover my windshield car. My agent say you don't have to pay anything her boss say $100 another say $265 it was very angry her manager in Greensboro this is what they don't care be carful out there this insurance. Poor poor sorry how they talk to the customer

Holly Haselip was the rude employee to answer my call today regarding my policy. When I asked for an address change due to cancellation of my policy she refused to call the company on my behalf, argued that the money I pay for my insurance doesn’t obligate her to do her job, and that I should just forward my address if I expect to receive any refund in the “next few weeks”. Holly needs a serious lesson in customer management. When I asked to speak to a manager she refused and told me she’s the manager. Upon finally transferring me to sweet Emily, I was able to get everything done with a yes ma’am, no problem can do attitude. HOLLY, CHECK YOURSELF AND YOUR ATTITUDE LADY!
