We got twoBig Zac snack meals, Food was tough and hard to eat, food was cold, it was like it was cooked before we ordered and sat under the heat lamp for to long, it has been this way the last few times that we have been there. We may try one more time and if it is still nasty we will never be back again.

Service was non-existent. The drive thru was extremely slow, sat behind a woman for quite sometime. Apparently she was waiting for them because she was clearly not ordering. After a few minutes I pulled up to the drive thru intercom and was asked to "hold on a sec" sat there for nearly 8 minutes with a line of cars behind me. Finally I said, "hello?".... And the voice says, "can you please hold on a second?" So I sat there another 2 minutes and then I just drove off. Terrible. I can't even comment on the meal because I never made it that far. Zero stars if it were possible!
