I am just leaving this dollar general and the rep has her phone on the counter playing rap music. She scanned an item 3 times after I told her the price was not correct. If this is customer service and how the store is going to be ran, I will definitely take my business elsewhere.

When I asked for an exchange I was told rudely that there was no policy to exchange two pairs of shoes I received for Christmas. Then when I asked for a manager the woman named jasmine or something like that (she didnt want me to know) said she was the manager and would not give me a contact for a corporate manager. Worst customer service EVER! My days of shopping with DG are over! Never forget your receipt! UPDATE an angel manager named stephanie from the other store on bel-air called and helped me out and told me she would return my shoes and gladly take my business. That's the ONLY reason I changed my one star to a 3. God bless you! And thank you for that call! 💖
