The worst experience of any company ever. They don't care about their customers, they are rude as could be, late fees are outrageous, and all this with no customer service. That's a government agency for you. This is what happens when you let your county take care of your water service.

The worst experience of my life dealing with these people. The after hours person barely speaks clear English. If you need help with something you better hope you catch them before 4:30 since there’s “nothing” they can do until at least 8am the next business day. The biggest joke.

I had an issue with my sweet water banking into my home, gave them a call, and a technician was at my home within 20 minutes. I called right at the start of the day. The purpose of my call was to find out where the clog was before I called a plumber. They helped me determine the clog was somewhere in the home

I think it depends on the situation. I suggest you call them. They have been helpful for me in the past.
Yes we have conducted one set of cutoffs for non-payment since the ban was lifted. Our next scheduled set will start on August 25th.
You don't, you call who you pay your water bill to and have them do it. If you do it, its tampering, and they will fine you.
We do have a drop box. It is located outside our front door. We are located at 235 Deming Way, Summerville SC.
Lunch breaks are staggered during normal business hours to ensure a customer service representative is always available to assist customers.
