My roof needed to be replaced. John did great work, very professional and prompt. If you walked in to a dealer to try to get a roof replaced in under 2 weeks they would say it's impossible. After looking over all the work, you cannot tell the roof was replaced. All vents, screws, moldings etc are back in their original locations. The trim and caulking was done very well. He did not skimp on the details. Price was extremely competitive. The camper was looked after, that can't be said at other large dealerships from personal experiences.
