This place is very family friendly went for lunch,they were able to accommodate a 12 person family and everyone loved the food the serving staff was awesome and just went with the flow the food was very tasty

We have enjoyed Wren before but lately not sure where the shortfall is. Today we ordered takeout which we normally do not do but we have people working on our home and need to be there. My husband called in our order, pretty simple; chicken salad sandwich with a side of fries, Greek Wrap without the onions with a side of fries, cheeseburger with side of fries. The person that took our ohone order said ready in 15 minutes and nothing more. My husband gets there and checks the order and there are no fries. He asked the hostess and then is when he is told they're out of fries. Okay understand completely as it is never going to be as easy as it once was to get the supplies we all need to do business. Instead they substituted with fruit. He told the hostess he wasn't told they did not have fries or asked what he would want as a substitute. He said he didn't want the fruit. The hostess went to get a manager who was extremely rude and walked off after saying that there is a substitute. How ridiculously rude and unprofessional. Why are some people even allowed to work with customers??? Seriously put her at the dishwasher station!
