If you want to explore on a kayak this is the place. The 4 of us rented 4 single kayaks for 1 hour. It was low tide and we did see a sting ray, 2 bald eagles, gray heron type birds, and other bird species. When she told us to not disturb the oysters I had no idea what she was talking about. As we paddled through the canals we saw these thousands of oysters stacked on top of each other. Mound after mound which was incredible. Of course I didn't bring my Iphone in case I dumped the kayak for whatever reason. If you want a non boring 1 hour paddle trip this is the place to do it.

Yes but only specific areas. You can fish from the end of the marina by the Marinas Ship Store.
Maybe it was an unlucky moment 'cause I have seen them.

You can fish by the harbour Master office and also on a charter
A lot in Hilton head island is dog friendly. Not everything but more than many places.
