Very upset with my 2 cupcakes today. They were very dry. And they are not usually this hard. Bad experience today . I am a once a week customer and I think now after those horrible cupcakes will be taking a break from going there

This was originally a 5 star review and is now being updated. Everything happens for a reason and we were saved on this last trip. The employee was in the kitchen packing a large cupcake order. She came out and told us she would be with us in a minute. My husband touched my shoulder and pointed to the wall, there was a cockroach. I said "so what, it's just one" and the roach came crawling back down the wall. My husband said, "look, he's coming back for more" and said "where's there's one, there's more" so we left. I was so disappointed because the cupcakes are fantastic. I believe there is a restaurant next door and they might be infested and will ruin this business if someone doesn't do something.
