Fogel staff have always been professional and friendly from the moment I call in to schedule an appointment. Our system was acting up, not blowing air and they fit us in to their schedule for the next day. Slade was a huge help and and was able to replace a part that was dying while he was here. He was very kind, professional, and very thorough in explaining everything to me. We have been with Fogel for at least 5-6 years now and will continue to stay with this company. My air conditioner would only turn on upstairs due to a stuck zone dampener, Brice and Slade fixed it in 15 minutes , now my house is in working order. I would recommend using Fogel services ,especially if these two guys returned to do the work
