I wanna be reasonable and fair so I’ll give a 3 star. This location service is very inconsistent. When the young black women isnt there …this place is like .5 of a star. Sonic is essentially a fast food spot. One should not be 1) waiting 20-60 minutes for food 2) not being communicated with or updated if there is a delay for some reason…or better yet just ley me know there is an expected wait before I order. I literally could have driven to Summerville sonic ate and came back… instead i made an order twice and opted to just drive off because I am now irritated and more hungry than when I pulled up. No this isn’t the first time. And you can see from the reviews this is a reoccurring problem. When the one black queen isn’t at that location it becomes a whole different restaurant. Idk if she’s the owner, manager or what…but just promote her and send her to a better store. I watched several ppl drive off without getting an order. Ive gotten burritos that are not filled fully much less half way. Dont get me wrong the employees in general seem nice. But that’s not compensating for service. Thank you to the young black man that tried to help but my whole day was thrown off and i got tired of waiting. He was already taking my order after whoever took it before. I got food served to me at a dine in restaurant in the time it took to type this. Do better. Also put numbers of the stall where im ordering if I am going to have to guess which stall I am at for you and block off ones that are giving you trouble for the day.

Visited Dorchester Rd location. Extremely slow service. Only ordered a sweet tea...took over 10 min to bring it out. Ridiculous.

Up all night with food poisoning. Sonic has gone downhill over the past couple of months. There are a few great workers but after tonight I will probably never go back.
