After a breakdown and having to have my van towed to Capital Ford, I was promptly called by my service advisor, Casaundra, to let me know they have received my van and would take a look at it as soon as they could. I was again called to let me know they were working on it and diagnosing the issue. They soon found the issue and Casaundra called with the amount it would cost. They were rapid to answer any of my questions and just great to work with. It was a great service visit and I will always try to get back with my work van even though I have three other cars going there for service. Thank you Casaundra for the great experience.

Living in Virginia and them being in North Carolina didn't stop Cliff from arranging for my car to be delivered right to my door.
