This is the second time we’ve used Servpro of Aiken in the past 5-6 years for the same issue! Michelle and her mitigation team were awesome, professional and quick to respond. They were in our home within an hour of receiving our case from the insurance company on a Sunday! They answered every question we had to the best of their ability and helped us in more ways than they know. Then the repair part with Jerry started. He was great, understanding and super easy to talk to. While we ran into a few bumps a long the way, everything was handled rather quickly. And then there was Chris, this man was a one man show with our flooring, he was quick, proficient, quiet, a joy to talk to and did a great job! Thank you so much for putting our house back together!
