Doctor Mitchell is not only professional, he is plain spoken and personable. I live in aiken and drive over an hour to bring my fur babies to his clinic, driving by SEVERAL other clinics on the way. For as long as he is practicing, he is the only vet my animals will ever know. We are blessed to have him. Veterinary care is a mission for him, not a business.

My pets are a regular here however I had an issue walked in there two different times on two different days and was never seen. Overly booked. Thank god for dogwood animal hospital got us right in and seen right away. Just wish they would see our pets on an emergency level instead of waiting all day for simple things.

Yes, they handle pretty much all services. They are really great. They get really busy because they have a large customer base, don't let that deter you. They are the best.
Less than many of the others. Can get extra tests to make sure health good. Very good vets!!
Usually when you call after hours, they'll have a number to page Dr. Mitchell or they will also tell you to go to an animal hospital in Lexington, I believe.

I traveled there as a representative for a animal nutrition company. It's a small town business and has slow and busy times. Call first is always best. They're very nice, professional people who do whatever they can for your pet. I'm sure they'll do whatever they can.
