The waitress walked past us literally 20 times before she stopped to ask what we wanted to drink. Didn’t greet us not one time. At one point I thought she forgot we were even there. When we finally got our food it was cold. My daughter ordered the kids meal barbecue chicken with a salad and they literally gave her a piece of barbecue chicken in a bowl and a salad… I ordered a drink from the bar and it taste like dish soap lol no lie ! If I could give no stars I would… it’s giving 0/10 don’t recommend !!

30 minute wait on a Saturday night was not horrible. However, the service is horrible. Our server came and took our drink order right as we arrived. She brought them out pretty quickly, but we were seated for probably 25 minutes before she even returned to our table. Once she took our order we thought things would be fine, but then it was another 40-45 minutes before our food even came out and when it did it was cold, and parts of the order were wrong. Our appetizer came after the food did, and the cheese bites were cold. The waitress took my meal back (5-10 minutes after I let her know it was cold) since but brought the gravy out that was supposed to be on my potatoes and sat it down as she’s picking up my cold food. Now, everyone else is done eating and my food still hasn’t come out. If the establishment was crazy busy I could understand some of these things, but from where we are sitting I can see 6-7 empty tables in our same section. As someone who has been a server before, this is NOT good service. At all. We will not be coming back.

Our food was simply amazing!! We had the best bbq ribs that just fell off the bone. Even the house salad was good. Usually a house salad is very small and skimpy. Not this one!! Everything was great except the ice tea, it was much too sweet.

The Prices Are Reasonable And You Get A Good Amount For What You Pay For!
They are making sure everyone socially distance. And the are performing covid19 cleaning guidelines. All associates had on PPE
Do you know the employees name? Best to report a complaint to customer services, their company. You should find their contact info on the main website.

Well, we were seated after approximately 10 mins, however, getting a member of wait staff to acknowledge us took a while longer. They walked by like they were afraid they might be asked to do something. It was 3 PM when we got here. After we tracked down the manager, we finally got a very friendly waitress. Thank you, Sandra!! She was punctual & attentive. The food?? It would take a couple of days to describe this "made from scratch" food. That's a joke. Eat at your own risk. Especially NOT a good place for Masters guests!!!
