BILLING NIGHTMARE - I went to this hospital for a work injury in June of 2021. I made it very clear in the hospital that my visit was to be covered by workman’s comp. TO THIS DAY, I am still receiving a bill for over $500 that has 1. ALREADY BEEN PAID FOR BY MY JOB’S INSURANCE and 2. should not have come from me! I have now been sent to a collections agency and my credit score has plummeted. I am disgusted and disappointed by this hospital. Avoid it at all costs.

I really wish there was a ZERO STAR option for the negligence and abandonment I felt while at this “hospital”. Let’s start and the beginning when I arrived at the ER in extreme abdominal pain that I almost had to crawl into building due to the pain I was experiencing. While rivers of tears fell down my face, the receptionist took his sweet time in get my information. Then once I was able to get to the waiting room, I sat there for over 5 hours just waiting to be called back and STILL IN PAIN! And when I was finally called back to see the doctor, I thought it might get better. It did not! I just ended up sitting in another room that was so cold, I had to find a towel in a drawer to use as a blanket because I could get a single staff member to check on my or do anything while I was there. The doctor finally came in, asked me 2 questions, then left. I never saw him again for the next 3 hours. So around the 8 hour mark of waiting a lady comes in for a CT scan. Did the scan, waited more, then got tired and had to leave because I need to be at work in less than 2 hours. AND THEN I got a bill for over $10k! JUST TO SIT IN THAT AWFUL BUILDING. And I asked for financial assistance they said no. I tried to speak to an actual person in the billing department to figure it all out. It’s been over a month of trying and I have still not been able to speak to ANYONE. I would not recommend this place even if I was dying. I WILL NOT RETURN.

Took my daughter there for Abdominal pain and headache. They took a Covid test and it was negative. They said she was Wheezing but never gave her a breathing treatment. They never checked her for the pain she was having in her stomach. The lady caught an attitude with me because I asked her why they didn’t check her Abdominal. They are very Unprofessional. I advise anybody who is sick not to ever go to that hospital.
