I usually make my payments by phone. On 4/1/2022 online & by phone were shut down. What's going on? I need to pay my bills on time. Each month my bill gets higher instead of lower. I don't cook or leave any unnecessary lights on. I live by myself in a Seniors Community so I'm very careful not to leave any unnecessary lights on. My neighbors have the same problem. I'm on a fixed income & I can't afford the high bills I get each month. Something is definitely wrong & the Power Company is just stealing from Seniors who can't afford these high BILLS each month, especially when I'm not using that much POWER. Do Better Board of Public Work!!

I find the people who work here are fantastic.. especially Steve Steele. I get responses after 4:45 PM! try to get someone to answer the phone in good old ChuckTown.. Not going to happen!

You will have to go up to the BPW with the proper paperwork and possibly a deposit. If you call they can tell you what you will need to bring with you.
