If I could give it a -1 star I would. Customer service staff is worst. The ladies on the phones are rude and difficult to work with. I would never thought someone would top DMV as far as customer service but you guys did! Great job!

Bought this house and 6 weeks later the company was turning the water off. He was nice though and called in and they said nothing was due. 5 Stars for the service rep calling to confirm. Will notify BBB

We had a busted irrigation line and didn’t know until we came back from out of town. Yard and driveway was flooded. Called them and told them the situation but was told since it was an irrigation system, they wouldn’t be able to help with any type of bill reduction and essentially we’d just have to pay for all the wasted water.

Online payment almost never works, even if it does they don’t bother making the website useable on mobile devices. One of the most labor intensive and convoluted Pay by phones systems I have used. If you have a problem beyond that, good luck actually getting someone to help. You’d think one your top priorities would be to make it easy for someone to pay you.... Update...now they refuse to bill me either electronically or physically. Not sure how I am supposed to know my balance if no ones answers the phone either. Totally incompetent. 3rd update. Still not being billed by this sorry company. Can't even get billing history for my new acct from them. Can't get in touch with anybody that can do anything. Lack of character and desire to business well from the top down I guess. Next update (Aug 22) Greenville Water is STILL too incompetent to perform the simple task of sending a bill to its customers. Calling doesn't help. Updating settings on your acct doesn't help. These folks can't seem to do even the most simple things on the CS side.

You need a heavy duty PRV installed on the house side of the meter usually close to the house. You can even install them close to your front outside faucet or on the water line up under your house before it feeds into any appliances.
No, we are closed both Thursday and Friday.
I work in Engineering there. You can pay your account online but I dont think you can view anything but a total. I've never seen our total online bill pay process from beginning to end.
What is sometimes? Who is your water provider?
More information will be required to answer this question cause it all depends on location, etc...the best thing to do is contact GW Engineering Department at 864-241-6100.
Not if you aren't required to put down a deposit
The best bet is to call the office and schedule a visit from a technician.
By accessing your acount online, looking in the right top corner of your paper bill, or calling the office between office hours.
You have to wait on someone to come cut it back on if their not busy it want take long
Maybe
You can report online
Yes...as long as each is metered.
Sewer is usually not a water distribution problem. Contact your sewer authority for a start.
Water supply and sewer collection are separate. You can start by contacting your wastewater authority for more info.
Each utility has its own rules so you'll need to ask your service provider.
It means you might have a busted pipe and should call Greenville Water immediately to schedule an appointment for service.
Depending on your credit and whether you have previously had a Greenville Water account. I believe those were the conditions when I signed up.
Yes. If your water is heated by an electric water heater, you will be unable to have hot water, but the water will be usable.
