I am appalled with how a Spanish speaking customer was treated at this office. The employees told him he couldn't use the translator on his phone and that he must return with someone who can translate. They were being very curt the entire time. He continued trying to receive help, only to be sent to another department. When he got to that department (where we happened to be going as well), after standing in yet another line, he was rudely told to go back to the other department. My boyfriend stepped in and explained what the previous department said, so he was able to get his receipt. As a government office, the auditor should be required to have a translator present or on call, or at the very least allow them to use a translator app on their personal phone. All three employees (700 & 800) were incredibly rude and snappy with him. I think the employees could all benefit from a diversity training and probably basic human decency seminar. We went to the county office today to file for the Homestead exemption. They were very efficient and friendly. We were helped by Christopher. He did a great job of assisting us and explaining the details. They even went back 1 year to pick up the credit for 2021 since I was already 65. Great Service Christopher!

I don't know what the other person is talking about they tell you exactly what you owe. They've never been busy when I've went in it's a fairly quick process. Overall other than paying taxes on a piece of junk I didn't own the tax office was easy to navigate and the woman at the desk I went to was very kind.
